VW Type Bay Window LHD Panel Van 1971 Crossover Excellent Condition This van was imported from dry state in the US and is in excellent condition. It is rare twin sliding door model and has had modern style interior fitted with Rusty Lee rock and roll bed with upholstery to match the recovered Porsche front seats.
The front cab has leather covered steering wheel, modern retro style radio with speakers and the front cab has been carpeted.
The rear of the van has had sound dampening and insulation fitted and panelled out.
There is an oak effect floor and mdf cupboards fitted with solid oak tops and buddy seat between the front seats. There is solid oak table with sequoia fitting in the floor. There are electrical sockets fitted with hookup. Please note that the van doesn’t have fridge or cooker fitted (we use cooler and cook outside).
The engine is 1776 cc with twin Weber carbs (these have been balanced recently and the engine has had an oil change), the gearbox is freeway flyer for better cruising on motorways
There is small job that needs to be done which is just to fit plywood roof lining, available on ebay.
All in all fabulous Van, you will struggle to find better one. Mileage cannot be confirmed, Tax and MOT exempt
