1. MARINE GRADE SUBFLOOR...shell was removed from frame and new marine grade ply installed. This is the most important part of Airstream restorations. VERY expensive and super time consuming. BEWARE of sellers who cannot PROVE with pictures the integrity of floor. have pics upon request)The subfloors of 95% of vintage Airstreams are rotten...the entire trailer relies on the subfloor being strong and solid. 2. ORIGINAL BIRCH WOODWORK. Glows with that vintage Patina!3. FULL SIZE BED in rear of coach and Click Clack front booth makes into single.4. BATHROOM. This one was custom build from factory...most vintage baby sized Airstreams do not have commode. No shower.5. Frame perfect. Recoated and sealed..running gear rebuilt. New bearings, races, seals, new TIRES with spare. 6. SHINED to mirror brilliance. $$$$$$$$$$$.. reflects the desert moon...BEAUTIFUL!7. ORIGINAL Preway stovetop. Perfect condition-absolutely rebuilt. 8. Original colors....Mint green. Interior painted with automotive grade epoxy.9. NEW COLEMAN 9200 BTU AC. Desert addition. On Jul-16-17 at 10:41:37 PDT, seller added the following information:MORE on FLOORJust because there's pretty flooring doesn't mean anything...unless you know condition of SUBFLOOR can't stress the importance of subfloor being RIGHT. Not only did use marine grade ply...the proper way to attach this to frame is with STANLESS STEEL ELEVATOR BOLTS. This how the factory did it 65 years ago. We used the same holes in frame and after installation the bottom of ply and frame was coated with Rino liner. WILL LAST FOREVER. 
O yea ...NEW BELLY PAN. Upgraded with double thick aluminum. The original was too thin. The belly pan was installed with the proper size aluminum revits. The bottom is as shiney as the body skin.

As light as the Bambi with bonus feet..these Two feet make huge difference .....very compact yet feels so spacious due to open floor plan that allows you to let in nature from the generous bank of windows and the Door-in-a-Door.
