This is 23 foot Class RV built on Chevy/GMC 3500 chassis, with airbags. The engine is 400 small block Chevy unit. The RV has kitchen sink, electric fridge, pull out sofa, bed over driver and passenger seats, bathroom toilet and sink, small storage area, TV, etc. The RV Air condition blows cold air. The propane furnace works well also. The furnace was serviced last year. The tires are in good shape, which includes two new tires. The vehicle does not leak. Again, no leaks. Vehicle has front AND rear receivers. Interior has been updated on vehicle.

IF the vehicle sits for long time, engine starting is more difficult. Once started, the vehicle runs well.On Sep-06-17 at 20:53:56 PDT, seller added the following information:***Update on 9/06/2017****
The rear cargo carrier and motorcycle shown in one of the pictures is not being sold with the vehicle.
The vehicle does not have generator.  used the portable Honda gensets.

The cab AC worked and blew cold air at one time.  Do not know if does so now.
This RV sleeps two or three people, depending on size of individuals.  The pillows from the couch can be placed on floor to make bed. 
RV has metal roof. I'll try to get some pics of it.  My #1 concern about RVs before purchasing this one is to find one with no leaks.  searched several surrounding states for small rvs without leaks or water damage.
