Mobile Therapy Office 1991 Ford E350 Fleetwood Tioga 26 ft, Automatic, gasoline, 89,000 miles.Interior has been converted to therapy office with optional STANDING ENTRANCE LIFT!I have used this very comfortably in all four seasons, in hot, humid weather to bitter cold and everything between. Great furnace and air conditioner.Bathroom at the rear of the rv, with the shower space converted for storage space but easily converted back to shower. Furnace, air conditioner, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hot water heater. 35 Gallon on board water tank. Has two "house" batteries for interior DC power. 25 ft 35 amp 110v extension cord with converter to 15 amp for plugging in anywhere. Incredibly well maintained, starts in the coldest weather and drives great. Tires and shocks are newer with about 12000 miles on them. New owner may want the built in Onan generator and the dash ac serviced; did not use them. Roof is cosmetically out of 10 but solid and sealed. Minimal rust on body, fiberglass is solid, interior and exterior could use some minor touch ups which dont show up in photos but nothing that needs done before using. removed the cracked tape stripes that were original and have not replaced them. They arent necessary, but the front cab could use the old adhesive buffed off.
