recently bought this thinking could live in it. Not for me after all so am selling it for someone who will use and enjoy it. had mechanic go through it and to an oil change. It is mechanically sound as is the RV itself. It has bed in the back and over the cab and the dinette turns into sleeping area too. It already has solar and the generator works great! also put on brand new tires all the way around. It does need the front end aligned. It was winterized and stored in shed, well protected from the elements. The tanks have been flushed out and she is all ready to go! There is an awning on the side where the door is to the RV and it runs that length of the RV. It has another awning on the other side over the dinette window. Both work great. It has jacks and hydraulic levelers. 
There are no leaks in this Tioga! stayed in it recently when we had huge rain storms and there were zero leaks!
