The engine is CAT 3126 275HP with plenty of power and has an Allison Automatic Speed push button transmission. This has awnings with the main awning, slide topper and window awnings. The wheels are 22.5" with tires from 2011 with good sidewalls and tread. Recent house batteries, Generac 6600 Watt Propane(LP) generator with Only 234 Hours, rear view and side view cameras, rear ladder, roof mounted solar panels, Falcon Roadmaster tow bar. This is 50 amp service and has heart interface power inverter, basement storage good size cabinets. few small minor crack on the lower fiberglass cabinet door drivers last rear and edge of bumper passengers side which is normal. The bathroom has some good size closets and carpeting in the hallway with tile stick down flooring in the main bath, porcelain toilet, vanity with wall mirror and corner cabinets. Nice large shower with pattern front and seat inside with skylight. There is closet prepped for washer dryer combo. The sliding door is full solid door to the bedroom and has carpeting with the bed mattress, comforter and pillows with matching headboard and upper mirror with etched pattern, dual night stands, accent lights, closets, corner TV and windows with day/night shades. This comes with the books owners manuals and the GVW is 24,850 lbs, has air brakes.
