We built this about years ago before we had two kids. We have grown out of this and need to get full-size camper. It is home built and it offers more room that most conventional tear drop trailers. Like any home-built units it will require an owner that is not afraid to make it their own. There are couple of items have not completely made up my mind on finishing but it does not prevent you from using it. We have used it many times in Ohio and Arizona. It is stored in heated garage in the winter.
