1977 AIRSTREAMSOVERIEGN LAND YACHTAUCTION!AUCTION! AUCTION! Up forauction is this 1977 Airstream Land Yacht which would definitely make greatrestore project.  The pictures tells mostof the story.  was in the middle of dismantlingand got caught up in an old farm house instead. The upholstery has been professionally done ($1200) including the swivelchair and the wall panels that go over the single beds...you won't find better job.  The two single beds are actually new cushions and upholstery.  The bathroom is complete and still in tact.  The curtains have been removed, however most of the blinds are still in place.  The AC still works but could probably use agood service.  The tires are brand new and still have the stickers on them.  It still has theoriginal aluminum slot wheels.  The main awnings will still roll out and is in fair shape along with the one over the rear window, however the non-entry side needs to be replaced.  Needs some work but has lot of potential. Overall, the body is in pretty good shape with only couple smalldings.  I'm sure there is leak or two around the windows and as result there are some bad spots in the floor.  I've been told that is common on the trailers this age that are stored outdoor.  The leveling jacks need some serious lubrication (one is broken).  One of the mounts that hold the entry door step is broken.  I just installed new batteries and have receipt.  I do not have the fridge, stove, water heater, or gasheater.  The kitchen cabinets have been removed and discarded.   was going to make it electriconly since new it would only be used in park by my family.   pulled it around the neighborhood couple of weeks ago with ease.   have clear title in hand.  Pleasefeel free to ask questions.   That's all can think of for now.  I will continue to list but will be doing some repairs and upgrades so the cost will go up as this takes place.
